What is payment in 2 or 3x free of charge?
You can now pay for your order in 2 or 3 installments free of charge (over a period of 2 months or 3 months depending on the payment method selected). This payment option will be offered to you at the "Payment" step when confirming your order. If you have any questions, contact us by email at help@apostrophe.fr

How are the monthly payments?

The day of your purchase, for a payment in 3x you will be taken from the first third of your order. From then on, a summary of your upcoming deadlines will be sent to you. Then, 30 days after your purchase, you will be debited from the 2nd third. Finally, 60 days after your purchase, you will be debited from the 3rd third. Before each deadline, a reminder email will be sent to you.

What are the conditions to benefit from it?

Your basket must be greater than or equal to € 200 (after any reductions). These installments are valid on all products on our site. The accepted cards are French cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. However, prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards cannot be accepted. Note that the card must have a validity date of more than 3 months in order to ensure the 3 payments.

Is this type of payment secure?

Alma our payment partner systematically performs a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank will then send you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application. This confirms that you are the initiator of this transaction and that it is not fraudulent.

How is the refund if I return my order?

Alma payment allows you to continue to benefit from the exchange and refund conditions defined on our Apostrophe site. For any reimbursement request, we undertake to reimburse you for the sums already withdrawn.
