Shipping Policy

We offer several delivery options tailored to your location for an optimal shopping experience:

  • Express Delivery : In France and internationally, we offer delivery with our partner DHL. Most often, your order will be delivered within three (3) working days, starting from the day following payment of the order. The maximum time is ten (10) working days for Metropolitan France and fifteen (15) working days for international deliveries. This service ensures reliable shipping, with the possibility of tracking your order using a tracking number.

  • Courier Delivery : For our customers located in Paris , we offer courier delivery to ensure fast and secure receipt of your products. This option allows you to receive your order the same day or within 24 hours, depending on the availability of the service.

Free Shipping in France
We are delighted to offer free express delivery on all orders within France. We want to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, ensuring your products arrive safely and promptly.

1. Metropolitan France
  • Delivery Option : Courier Delivery and Standard Delivery.

  • Delivery times : Express Delivery: Most often, your orders arrive within three (3) working days. The maximum delivery time is ten (10) working days. We offer a courier delivery service in Paris: Same-day or 24-hour reception, depending on availability.

  • Costs : Free shipping on all orders.
2. European Union (EU)
  • Delivery Option : Standard Delivery.
  • Delivery times : Most often delivered within five (5) working days, the maximum period may extend to fifteen (15) working days.
  • Costs : Delivery in Europe is free from 250€ of purchase, and you will be charged 10€ otherwise.

3. International
  • Delivery Option : Standard Delivery
  • Delivery times : Most often delivered within five (5) working days, delivery times can be up to fifteen (15) days maximum.
  • Fees : We can ship your orders worldwide. This service will cost you €20. Customs duties and import taxes may also apply, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible:

  • Metropolitan France : 80% of our orders are shipped within three (3) business days. The maximum time is 10 business days from the day following payment of your order.
  • International : Delivery within a maximum of 20 working days for any other destination.
  • Orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

In the event of a delay in delivery not attributable to a case of force majeure, the customer has the possibility of requesting cancellation of the order and obtaining a refund within 15 days.

For international orders, any import taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the regulations of the destination country. We advise you to check with your local authorities for detailed information on applicable duties and taxes.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Apostrophe , customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging. Returns are free for all orders delivered to France.

Return request :

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product to us.

  • Orders in Metropolitan France : Returns are handled by our services. Please contact our customer service by email at help@apostrophe.fr or by phone at 01.42.21.90.73 to obtain a prepaid return label.
  • Return or Exchange : Please print and complete the return form and attach it to your package.
  • In-store returns: In-store returns are not permitted at this time.

You will receive an email with the tracking number of your order as soon as it has been shipped. The link will allow you to track your package in real time on the DHL website.
